CincyAfterSchool Advocates for Youth
With state and federal legislative sessions in full force, CincyAfterSchool leaders have been in DC, Columbus & Frankfort! Jorge Perez and Chris Francis, both Afterschool Ambassadors, met with key leaders in DC at the Afterschool for All Challenge. Rochelle Morton and her team participated in the Ohio Afterschool Network Legislative Breakfast. Ohio State Senator Eric Kearney came to visit our headquarters.

  
 

Bullying Awareness Class at the Teen Center
April 26th was Bullying Awareness night at the Dayton YMCA Teen Center. The Brighton Center's co-located program, Youth Leadership Development (YLD), featured a speaker from the Health Department, speeches from YLD teen participants, and a skit put on by the class attendees. Sign Up For Swim Lessons!
