40 Developmental Assets
Asset #3
Support - Other Adult Relationships

Young person receives support from three or more non-parent adults.

A neighbor, a mentor and an adult at church regularly check in with the youth and they are able to have a comfortable exchange of ideas and concerns.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Super Saturdays

What's this Asset stuff?
Each week we feature one of the 40 Developmental Assets on the left side of our e-newsletter. If you'd like to know more about what this means in reference to our community, come to the Asset Builders Alliance's event on May 19th at Cintas Center where they will share the new report: A REGIONAL SNAPSHOT: Benchmarking the Developmental Assets of our Kids . Call Sheila Fairbanks at (513)362-2011 to register.

Meet Eric Lanter
Eric Lanter, Vice Chair of the Community Services YMCA Board comes to us from US Bank where he is Assistant Vice President in the Client Manager Division. Eric brings a bright energy to our board. Note: You might not want to call him during Ohio State Games - he's a Buckeye through and through so he might be distracted. Thanks Eric for all you do to support Community Services YMCA.
