FOR ALL" PROGRAM?

HOW DO I APPLY?
Contact
the Carl H. Lindner YMCA and complete a membership application.Verification of
income will need to be provided by submitting a copy of your most recent tax return
so that the amountof your membership fee canbe determined.Membership fees will
be reviewed for eligibility once a year.

WILL SEE THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION?
Personal financial information
is handled in a confidential manner and will be seen and reviewed only by YMCA
staff. No information is shared with any other agency or organization. YMCA

SERVICE GRANT PROGRAM
WHAT
IS THE LIFE BUILDING PROGRAM?
Carl H.Lindner provided funds so the YMCA
of Greater Cincinnati could provide residents of the West End who could not afford
to join the YMCA an opportunity to participate and become members.The Life Building
Program is a community service grant program based on your income and your ability
to give back to the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati with your time and talents in exchange
for reduced membership or camp fees.
WHO
IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE LIFE BUILDING PROGRAM?
Anyone who lives in the Carl
H. Lindner YMCA service area and who can complete at least four service projects
within a year is eligible. Membership fees will be reviewed for eligibility once
a year.
HOW
MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP?
The membership rate is based on
your household income.The table below will be used to determine the amount you
will be expected to pay on a monthly basis.The Life Building program grant pays
the remaining portion of your membership fee in return for volunteer work. LIFE

ASSISTANCE POLICY
Do you know someone who would like to be a member of
the YMCA, but can not because of financial reasons? The YMCA has a scholarship
program to assist members of our community to take advantage of all that the YMCA
has to offer. The program is based on the income level of the applicant and the
availability of funds raised through our Annual Support Campaign. For information

POLICY
A
current YMCA member must accompany all guests. Members will be allowed to bring
six (6) guests without cost each year. After that time, members may bring guests
for a fee. The YMCA reserves the right to limit or restrict guests at peak times
to give our members priority. The Carl H. Lindner YMCA is a membership organization
and encourages guests to become members after visiting our facility. - Youth
