The Clippard Family YMCA and Colerain Senior Center-Clippard Family YMCA are proud to provide comfort to children and families in need. One way we do this is through our grocery bag mat program. We take take used plastic grocery bags and turn them into mats and pillows that are directly donated to our friends at Matthew 25 Ministries. This program stared in 2017 with 22 mats and we are happy to report that so far in 2018 we have delivered 31 mats and 8 pillows! #BetterTogether

Low-Fat Milk for Calcium and Vitamin D Generally speaking, children between the ages of 5 and 12 need two to four servings of dairy products per day. Low-fat milk is one of the best sources of dairy you can provide for your family. It is a rich source of calcium and vitamin D, both of which are important to bone health as your kids grow and develop. An eight ounce glass of milk equals a single serving of dairy and needs to be balanced against the other sources of dairy in your family’s food choices: low-fat yogurt and cheese to name two.#HealthyTip
