Energetic and enthusiastic coaches wanted for boys and girls youth, middle and high school teams. If interested, please contact Debbie Smith.

PARENT INFO & SIGN UPS
(Downstairs in the Multipurpose Studio)

FEES
Highly recommended to be fully registered by 12/15/07.
Additional charges will be incurred for uniform and personal equipment.

• $150 Youth Boys and Girls
• $155 Middle School Boys and Girls
• $200 High School Boys and Girls

Fee includes:

• Referee Fees
• Club Operating Expenses
• Post Season Celebration
• Post Season Tournament Registration (if applicable)
• US Lacrosse Membership
