SILVER SNEAKERS

PROGRAM
Our Silver Sneakers members will remain members of the Dearborn County YMCA. It is the only membership that we will offer in our transition. Beginning on March 17, 2008 our facility is available to Silver Sneaker members from 8:00 am -12:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, our Cardiac Rehabilitation program participants will also use our equipment. Our group exercise information has already been passed out and those classes will continue as well.

LOCATION

• Exercise: We will remain at the 404 Green Blvd building until June 2008. At that point we will be transitioning to the Dearborn County Hospital. We will have a YMCA program center that will operate the same hours as listed above in the lower level of the hospital. Our new location will be approximately 1200 square feet with a private restroom. Parking is available in the parking garage at no cost. Currently, construction on the space is beginning, so we will share photos and updates as they become available.

• Classes: Classes will remain at the 404 Green Blvd. Building through April 5, 2008. We will begin classes at the First Baptist Church Aurora the week of April 8th, 2008. The schedule is as close to our current schedule as possible and is attached to this flyer.

FEES
FREE: Silver Sneakers is still a free program with your Silver Sneakers membership, we ask that if you are going to take classes, please, let us know by completing a registration form. This will help us to track our members for classes.

HOW CAN I BECOME A SILVER SNEAKER?
If you are over age 65 and have Anthem, Humana or AARP insurance or Medicare supplement insurance, stop by the front desk with your insurance card and we will verify your eligibility, it is a few simple forms after that and your savings begin!
