FAMILY FITNESS DAY
Children ages 10-15 may come in to the fitness center with their parents for a supervised workout. They will receive an orientation, along with a recommended program to follow, by one of our trained staff. There will be a three hour window on Sunday afternoons that will be closely supervised by a trainer, along with the parents, to help the children successfully complete their fitness routine.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A personal trainer will provide individual instruction throughout your entire workout session. This is an excellent benefit if you are:

  • In need of a more advanced or sport-specific program
  • A graduate of the Y Personal Fitness Program
  • Have special needs/considerations
  • Would benefit from immediate feedback and frequent changes in your workout

Our qualified trainers will evaluate your fitness level and design a specific program for you based on your goals.
