Mark your calendars, Strength Train Together launches one month from today at our Y's! This class will blast your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Our instructors will push and motivate you to a personal best!
