GROUP EXERCISE
Ages 13 & older
Please pick up the Group Exercise and Cycling schedules at the Welcome Center for classes and times. A token is required to attend Cycling classes. Tokens are available at the Welcome Center by presenting membership card a maximum of 30 minutes prior to class time. Teens 13 & older may participate in Group Exercise and Cycling classes.

Program Participants: $60/10 classes and $100/20 classes

  • Step Aerobics
    High intensity, low impact program for men and women. The program involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform while simultaneously performing upper body movements.
  • Fitness & Restorative Yoga
    Explore the spirit-mind-body connection of basic fitness yoga. This class will explore yoga for fitness, strength, relaxation and flexibility. This class practices Ashtanga yoga.
  • Power Yoga
    Explore the spirit-mind-body connection
    of basic fitness yoga. This class will explore yoga for fitness, strength, relaxation and flexibility. This class practices Ashtanga (power) yoga.

  • Gentle Yoga
    Yoga postures will be taught for beginners and those with limitations. Come to learn and practice gentle, modified postures that enhance spirit, mind and body.
  • Boot Camp
    Jump start your workout with this high intensity cardio & strength interval class. High intensity & fun – a great way to start your day!
  • Aerofit
    A program designed to educate and instruct individuals who want an easy-to-follow program of cardiovascular exercise and stretching. Participants are encouraged to follow along at their own pace. Great for beginners.
  • Body Sculpting
    Lift weights in a classroom setting to firm and shape the upper body and lower body. Participants work with hand weights to improve muscle tone, flexibility and posture. Ball, resistance bands and barbells may also be used.
  • Beginner Pilates
    This class adds strengthening and stretching to your fitness routine. Learn the correct breathing techniques & the progression of exercises originated by Joseph Pilates' teachings.
  • Studio Cycling
    One of the most popular cardio workouts! Classes are held in the cycling studio. Token, water bottle & towel are required for class. Cycling schedules are available at the Welcome Center.
  • Stretching/Ball Stretch
    Stretches will be taught for relaxation, stress release, flexibility and fun! Learn and practice in a class setting, continue on your own at home.
  • Stability Ball
    This class uses stability balls and hand weights to strengthen and stretch while emphasizing core muscle strength.
  • Hip Hop Dance
    Remember Motown in the 60’s? The “Bump & “Electric Slide”? Come crank it up a notch and you will have Hip Hop Dance. Groove at your own speed or “work it” until you drop. Come enjoy the positive rap & hip hop tunes while working out.
  • Intense Cardio Pump
    Come join Judy for intervals of cardio & toning segments for a great workout! This is a high-intensity interval class that can push you to a new fitness level. Class is 1-1/2 hours in length.
  • Senior Fitness
    A fitness class designed specifically for members 55 and over. Low impact movements to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility and add muscle tone. Class meets in the gym from 10-11 am MWF.
  • Silver Sneakers® – Senior
    This national exercise program is designed for all fitness levels to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance & coordination. Class exercise is progressive & will improve fitness level, functional capabilities and sense of well-being
    .

TAE KWON DO
Ages 6 to adult

An excellent program to enhance your level of physical fitness, gain self confidence and improve self-discipline while learning this traditional art of self defense. New students must pay by the first Monday of the month. Classes are held in the Lodge.

GYMNASTICS-BASED CONDITIONING FOR ADULTS
Tuesdays, 8:45-9:30 am
Ever wonder how gymnasts can do what they do? Come & find out! We will enhance cardio, flexibility & strength. Class taught by experienced gymnastics coach & personal trainer Patrick Clark.

Members: $35
Program Participants: $50

TEEN FIT
Strength & Conditioning Class
Ages 13-15 years
After successful completion of this comprehensive, eight-hour course, teen members will be approved to work out in the Health & Fitness Center. Classes run every four weeks.

Members Only: $25

PERSONAL TRAINING
This program allows you to work directly with a certified personal trainer each time you exercise. This is a great way to stay motivated or to add to your fitness routine. Available to members only (16 years and older). Contact the Fitness Center staff for more information.

Fees:
$35/hour
$150/5 sessions
$300/12 sessions

HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER
Our Health & Fitness Center is included in your membership fees and is everything you need for your workouts. Members may request an orientation. Please bring a hand towel with you each visit. You may also bring water only in a closed container. Please, no jeans or sandals.
