MobileFit will take the guesswork out of your workouts. You are able to select and refine programs based on your own goals. With MobileFit, you can get the results you want on your own schedule.

PROGRAM DESIGN
Ages: 16 years and up
Offers a one-hour personal fitness workout with a certified personal trainer to meet your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Fee: $30

PERSONAL TRAINING
Ages: 16 years and up

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training
    1 to 5 session: $50
    6 + sessions: $45/session
  • 2-on-1 Buddy Training
    1-to-5 sessions: $40/person
    6 + sessions: $35/person/session

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Ages: 16 years and up
Offers a variety of cardiovascular and strength group fitness classes. Look for the current schedule at the front desk.

12 punch passes are available to program members. Passes are good for 3 months from date of purchase and may be used for water fitness and group fitness classes.

TEEN FIT - CARDIOVASCULAR
Ages: 11 and up
This course is a pre requisite for using all cardio equipment in the fitness center. After successful completion, participants age 11-12 must have a parent in the workout room at all times. Check at the front desk for more information.

TEEN FIT - STRENGTH
Ages: 13 and up

(must have completed Teen Fit Cardiovascular)
This course is a prerequisite for using all strength machine equipment for ages 13 and up. After successful completion, participants are allowed to workout with or without parental supervision.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Look out for special fitness events such as aerobic marathons, mini indoor triathlons, Zumbathons and themed group cycle rides.

SILVERSNEAKERS
SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. SilverSneakers members receive:

  • A free fitness center membership at a nearby participating location with access to conditioning classes, exercise equipment, pool, sauna and other available amenities
  • Access to any participating fitness center throughout the U.S. while traveling
  • Customized SilverSneakers classes designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance
  • Health education seminars and other events that promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
  • A specially trained Senior Advisor at the fitness center to introduce you to SilverSneakers and acquaint you with their site

MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT CLASS
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. CARDIO CIRCUIT CLASS
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
