in the fitness center. After successful completion, participants age 11-12 must

- STRENGTH Ages: 13 and up (must have completed Teen Fit Cardiovascular) This
course is a prerequisite for using all strength machine equipment for ages 13
and up. After successful completion, participants are allowed to workout with
or without parental supervision. Fee: $15 Time: 1:00pm

EVENTS Look out for special fitness events such as aerobic marathons,
mini indoor triathlons, Zumbathons and themed group cycle rides. SILVERSNEAKERS SilverSneakers
offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially
oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their
health. SilverSneakers members receive: - A
free fitness center membership at a nearby participating location with access
to conditioning classes, exercise equipment, pool, sauna and other available amenities

to any participating fitness center throughout the U.S. while traveling

MUSCULAR STRENGTH
& RANGE OF MOVEMENT CLASS Have fun and move to the music through
a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement,
and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles,
and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing
support. Stop by the Welcome Center for more information and an up to date schedule
of classes.
CARDIO CIRCUIT CLASS Combine
fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power
with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights,
elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. Stop by the
