PROGRAMS JUMP
ROPE Skipping rope is an effective form of exercise that develops
and maintains cardiovascular fitness and leg strength. This new course incorporates
safety, skill development and fun. Participants should wear cushioned athletic
shoes with good support and comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

$30 Program Members: $60 * fees include individual rope for 1st-time

TAE
KWON DO - 4 week classes Ages: adults and children of all ages Instructed
by I.K. Kim Tae Kwon Do Centers, students will learn basic motions, forms, self-defense,
and breaking techniques in a family oriented class. Additionally, participants
will take part in supervised, controlled, free-fighting and will learn Korean
martial arts terminology. Spring
