The Y is for everyone. Our programs, services and initiatives empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body, prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a nationwide service ethic. And that's just the beginning!
The Y’s many different programs let you try new things, develop skills, meet new people, and show what you are capable of! All of our programs will help you achieve and maintain health in spirit, mind, and body.
Preschool Swim Lessons
Ages 3-6 years

For beginner preschool swimmer. To progress must demo front/ back float w/ Individual Flotation Device, paddle stroke front/back 5 ft. w/o Individual Flotation device.)

Aqua Boot Camp with Calista Stone

Ready for a high energy, high-octane workout, combining cardiovascular training, strength training, stretching and flexibility? Then try our Aqua Boot Camp, a workout that works! This unique program incorporates shallow water cycling and deep water exercise, invigorating the mind, body and soul.

Deep Water Workout with Donna Jennings
SAT 8:30-9:30am
Non-swimmers and swimmers can enjoy and will benefit from deep-water exercise. A water belt will support you in deep water with your head comfortably above the surface at all times. It will improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance.

CincyAfterSchool is a network of youth development agencies, school leaders and citizens, providing afterschool academic, personal enrichment, and quality programming that focuses on nine components that include Tutoring and Mentoring, 21st Century Skills & Technology, Career & College Exploration, Service Learning Activities, Fine Arts, Leadership Development Recreational Activities, Non-School Day Programs and Family Sessions.
Our School-Age Child Care (SACC) Program is a year-round licensed program, which is educationally, socially, recreationally and culturally focused. The SACC Program can serve up to 90 children, ages 5-12. We offer tutoring and homework help, swim lessons, sports instruction, character development, community service opportunities and cultural enrichment activities. Winter and Spring Break Camps
Looking for a great experience for your children during winter and spring breaks? Try our Y-Day Camp! Highly trained counselors will sharpen skills, teach responsibility, along with swimming, games, songs, arts and crafts and much more! This program is offered separately from the After-School Program and all fees are separate. For more information, call 513.246.3230.
DOUBLE DUTCH
Who knew that jumping rope would become a world wide sport? Our Double Dutch team develops physical fitness and mental discipline, while encouraging creativity, teamwork and sportsmanship. For children ages 5-14 years old, young people have the opportunity to travel in/out of state, performing in workshops and competitions. Guest Policy/Guest Passes

A current YMCA member must accompany all guests.

All guests age 16 and over must present a photo ID and sign the Guest Registry at the beginning of each visit.

Guests are permitted to use the YMCA a maximum of three times per year.

Upon joining or renewing a YMCA membership, members will receive six complimentary guest passes.

Members visiting from other YMCAs more than 50 miles away may use the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati three times per month free of charge. Each additional use will be at the full guest fee.
With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, Y volunteers give men, women and children of all ages and from all walks of life the resources and support they need to be healthy, confident, connected and secure.
