Child Care

The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is the largest child care provider in the Cincinnati area. Child care can be accessed with your family membership to the YMCA, and we watch your child for free while you work out. We provide high-quality and fully licensed part-time and full-time care for your children. We offer both infant and toddler, preschool, and school-age child care for our members, as well as a specialty autism preschool at the Clippard YMCA and Blue Ash YMCA.

Our preschool programs are designed to meet the developmental needs of children from 2 to 5 years of age. We focus on facilitating the child’s sense of industry, creating an environment conducive to positive peer interaction, encouraging initiative, supporting growth and self-direction, and free choice under the guidance of trained, nurturing, and caring staff. Through all programs, our staff works in cooperation with the needs of families. We have full- and half-day options for all. Registration packets for each location can be found at the branch’s Welcome Center desk.

These programs take place both before and after school, at our Y branches and at local school districts. Registration packets for each site can be found at the branch’s Welcome Center desk.
